By engaging with CARERATECH's services, submitting inquiries, or entering into any business relationship, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all aspects of our B2B partnerships, including but not limited to OEM/ODM manufacturing, product customization, and wholesale procurement.

CARERATECH specializes in premium red light therapy devices, RF beauty equipment, and related wellness products designed for professional brands serving the US and European markets. Our services are exclusively available to qualified business entities, distributors, and brand partners.

We reserve the right to verify business credentials and may require documentation including business registration, tax identification, and market presence validation.

All CARERATECH products are manufactured to the highest industry standards, including FDA 510(k) clearance, CE marking, and ISO 9001 quality certification. Our flagship red light therapy mask (M5) utilizes exclusive 2nd-generation manufacturing processes available from only select facilities.

Product specifications, including wavelength precision (460nm-1072nm), energy density parameters, and battery performance, are guaranteed to meet published standards. Any modifications to standard specifications require formal approval and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Pricing is provided via formal quotation following product specification confirmation and order quantity determination. All prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days from quotation date unless otherwise specified.

Payment methods include wire transfer (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and for established partners, trade credit arrangements may be available. All banking fees are responsibility of the paying party.

CARERATECH respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from our partners. Our proprietary manufacturing processes, including the exclusive 2nd-generation mask fabrication technology, remain our intellectual property.

Custom designs, branding, and modifications developed specifically for your brand remain your intellectual property. We provide full design ownership transfer upon final payment completion.

Standard delivery terms are FOB Shanghai/Shenzhen port unless otherwise agreed. We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders to ensure secure transportation of your products to US and European destinations.

Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier at origin port. We provide comprehensive insurance options and tracking information for all shipments.

Every product undergoes comprehensive testing including lifetime assessment, drop testing, thermal rise evaluation, and full functionality verification before shipment. Our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing process ensures consistent quality across all production batches.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature component failure under normal use conditions. Damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear is excluded. Warranty claims require documentation and may require product return for evaluation.

CARERATECH's liability is limited to the value of products delivered. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or market losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in mainland China, with proceedings conducted in Chinese or English as mutually agreed.
